This mashup includes many visuals to help draw the audience's attention.The choreography, vocals, lights, and everything in this video was made so that other people could enjoy it. I think that this mashup is trying to communicate that they just want to live their lives the way they want to. They're going to live in the moment and have fun because they want to enjoy their lives.

No, the creators of this mashup did not break any copyright laws. This television show is known for doing covers of different kinds of songs that they do not own. Glee took two very different songs and combined them together to make it their own.
